The class will discuss radio communication formats and encoding, antenna theory, efficient radio communication, direction finding, scanning for signals and using the tools you have to keep communication channels open in a WROL environment. Bring all the man-portable radio gear you have.
There will be a field exercise so dress appropriately. Registration Cutoff is October 31st.
