Vanilla Gorilla Security - CQC 1 Fundamentals Shooters Lodge Morning Classroom

VGS will be hosting our close quarters clearance (CQC) 1 fundamentals class at ASC April 15 from 9am-3pm. In CQC 1 students will learn the fundamental elements of moving tactically in and around rooms and spaces that contain an active threat from SEALs who have experienced it in combat. Students will learn these tactics individually performing 1 man clearance and then 2 man clearance. This instruction will involve an in depth classroom portion with power power point slides and videos with VGS instructors giving examples of real world combat missions that changed the CQC tactics that the SEAL teams formerly used to what they use today. After the classroom on the range students will apply these principles and clear rooms with paper targets using UTM paint ammunition.

The cost of the class is $250.
