$8 ($4/$5 Junior depending on the game) per game for 25 clays (cash only at this time). Double Trap is 50 clays. Come to the skeet/trap/5-stand field with:

  • Any gauge shotgun
  • Safety glasses
  • Hearing protection and boxes of target load lead or steel ammunition in shot sizes 7 1/2, 8 or 9.

Shooters may share a shotgun on this course. Please locate one of our Pullers (in Orange) upon arrival. The field is on Rueff Rd, Waterman, Illinois and has a sign that says skeet/trap/archery.

ASC CMP RIFLE CLEANING and MAINTENANCE CLASSES (3)

About this Event

ASC-Waterman, a CMP-affiliated organization, will conduct a class in the “Proper Care and Feeding” of your CMP-type rifle on the following dates:

  • M1 Garand, Saturday, 9 January 2021, 12:30-4 p.m.
  • M1 Carbine/M1A (M14), Saturday, 7 August 2021, 12:30-4 p.m.
  • AR-15 Rifle, Saturday, 21 August 2021, 12:30-4 p.m.

Location: Clinton Township Community Center, 160 W. Lincoln Hwy (Rte 30), in downtown Waterman, just west of the traffic light at Rte 30 and Elm Street. Parking lot is across the street. Restaurants close by.

Cost will be $25 each. We will supply all cleaning gear, lubricants and tools (but bring your own cleaning rod if you can.) Bring your own rifle (BYOR). No ammunition. Proper disassembly, inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and reassembly will be covered. Experienced competitors and collectors will be on hand to answer questions about your rifle.
