ASC General Member Meeting

Annual Membership and Election of Officers and Board Members.

Our meeting and election will be held at the West Chicago VFW at 431 N Neltnor Blvd, West Chicago, IL 60185 on Saturday, March 22, 2025.

The voting will start at 4 pm - 8:30 pm.

Any member in good standing has the opportunity to run for an Officer or Board Member position. The last day you can announce your candidacy is February 5, 2025. This has to be done in writing. The committee will publish the election slate 30 days before the election.
