Vanilla Gorilla

Vanilla Gorilla Security (VGS) is hosting their firearms fundamentals class.
You will learn the basic fundamental elements of pistol and rifle combat shooting. Everything from stance, grip, sight alignment, sight picture, trigger control, follow through, recoil management, breathing control, high and low ready shooting positions, combat reloads, tactical reloads, and malfunction drills.
We will grind out these skills shooting on paper and steel targets. The class will consist of time in the classroom on power point and time on the range with dry fire and live fire.
Although this class has some very basic elements it is designed for those who have a pistol and an AR type long gun who have previous shooting experience. Students will also be required to have holsters, slings and equipment for stowing additional rifle/pistol magazines.
Students will also learn gear familiarization incorporated into their weapons handling skills.
The cost of the class is $200 and students are required to bring their own ammunition of at least 150 rounds per caliber.
